Legal Services SXM was founded by Mr. Merx, an attorney-at-law admitted to the Bar by the Common Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba on December 17, 2009.

Before establishing the firm, he served as Chief Prosecutor at the Public Prosecution Office on Sint Maarten, where he gained extensive experience in criminal law and litigation. This background provides a strong foundation for delivering strategic and well-informed legal advice.
