About us
Mr. Merx is the founder and attorney-at-law of the firm, having been admitted to the Bar by the Common Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba on December 17, 2009. Prior to establishing his own practice, he served as Chief Prosecutor at the Public Prosecution Office on Sint Maarten, where he gained extensive experience in criminal law and litigation.
